Throughout 2022, there were noise, truck limit, earth removal and other violations at various sand mining sites in Southeastern Massachusetts. Photos and records from whistleblowers show that earth removal companies are breaking the rules and limits set and harming communities and ecosystems for profit.
Our grassroots network continues to monitor and report violations to expose strip mine operators and others damaging our environment, water and communities.
