Carver: Cranberry Point’s Failed Attempt to Block Carver Citizen Petition for Battery Moratorium

In February 2022 Cranberry Point/Power Plus demanded that the Carver SelectBoard PREVENT the citizens’ petition on a battery moratorium from getting on the Town Warrant. 

This was outrageous! And Cranberry Point LOST! We voted and we won. Article 38 passed by over 80%! There is more to do to stop this project. The Attorney General has to approve Article 38.
