Say NO to PA Landers massive earth removal proposal

The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will hold a public hearing to decide whether to grant a permit to PA Landers for a sand mining project in Cedarville. To date, Landers has already mined nearly 5 million cubic yards of sand and gravel from 89 acres, leveling half of one of the highest hills in the town. Now, this new project seeks to remove the rest of the hill, adding another 2 million cubic yards to the total.
