Violation of condition requiring street be kept clean of dust

SLT’s two mining permits from the Carver Earth Removal Committee prohibit emissions of dust and sand from the site. The state and local wetlands laws ban emissions of sand to Rickets Pond and wetlands. This sand is blowing in the direction of Rickets Pond and wetlands. This has been going on for five years.
Reported to all Carver officials. No response.
Where is SLT’s “water truck” that is supposed to be used for dust suppression?
