the Citizen Action Committee (CAC) for the Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan (CWMP) has been charged with the responsibility of arranging meeting where Plymouth citizens can hear the basics of the CWMP and ask questions about it.  The conclusions of this plan will affect most Plymouth residents and the CWMP has taken a pro-active approach to develop a plan that will best serve the needs of the citizens of Plymouth.
