Attend the Plymouth Planning Board meeting and public hearing tomorrow night at 7 pm on zoom or in person. There are agenda items on projects that impact our drinking water, forests and community character.
-AD Makepeace Red Brook development: seeking to change the terms of their special permit from 2008. Where is all the conservation land they owe the town?
-Claremont Colony Place: why is the town allowing this dense development on a strip mine feet from homes?
-Long Pond Road strip mine at Joshua’s Way for church site-why is this still not addressed but the developer wants a planning board approval?
