DEP#SE220-. In accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetland Protection Act (M.G.L. CH. 131, §40), to construct three warehouse buildings, parking, access driveway, utilities, stormwater management, and associated appurtenances on or within the following Resource Areas and Buffer Zones: BVW, Bank, Land Under Water, BLSF, and Riverfront Area.
