Court hearing – Carver residents’ lawsuit against SLT sand and gravel mining

The Carver resident’s lawsuit against SLT Construction on Spring Street has a hearing tomorrow in Superior Court in Brockton, 72 Belmont St., at 2 p.m. The judge will be hearing both sides arguments about whether the ERC properly granted SLT a permit in 2021.
