Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Carver Wetlands Protection Bylaw, that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, in Meeting Room 1 at the Carver Town Hall to hear the Notice of Intent submitted by E.J. Pontiff Cranberries, Inc. for the construction of 17.8 acres of cranberry bog through clearing, excavating and grading. A Portion of the proposed work is within the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW/existing cranberry bogs); however, some minor activity (grading, equipment activities) will be conducted within the 65-foot buffer and will require a variance from the Carver Wetlands Protection Bylaw.
